The PET bottle tea beverage super clean five-in-one filling machine is divided into super clean hot filling, super clean medium temperature filling, and super clean low temperature filling. SUNRISE PET bottle tea beverage ultra-clean five-in-one filling machine integrates two disinfectant spray, aseptic water spray, filling and capping into one. The internal cleaning and disinfection of the filling machine mainly adopts COP and SOP systems, and the cleaning and disinfection of the material pipeline mainly adopts CIP and SIP systems to ensure the nutrition and taste of the product to the greatest extent. 3. Features of PET bottle tea beverage ultra-clean five-in-one filling machine
1) Washing station
The bottle washing station can realize high-pressure washing of the inside of the bottle, the outer wall of the bottle and the mouth of the bottle. The bottle washing area has a lower water receiving tray and an upper water baffle plate. The bottle washing area is equipped with a stainless steel protective cover to prevent splashing of the bottle washing water during rinsing. The rinsing water inlet is equipped with a pressure adjustment device, which can adjust the rinsing pressure and control the water flow according to the requirements of the empty bottle. Effectively guarantee the effect of rinsing and save the consumption of rinsing water. A bottle-rinsing device is installed at the bottle-rinsing connection to effectively disinfect and clean the bottle neck.
2) Filling station
The filling station adopts upper and lower dispensing cylinders. During the filling process, the air in the bottle returns to the lower dispensing cylinder without contact with the outside world, which is more beneficial to ensure the sterility of the product than other forms of filling. Learn from foreign advanced technology and independently develop it to meet the requirements of high-speed filling. It adopts a quick-release structure, and the valve body is cleaned easily and quickly, with self-cleaning function.
3) Sealing station
The capping machine introduces the most advanced international sealing technology to meet the needs of high-speed sealing. The reliable and accurate torque adjustment ensures the safety of each bottle. The thread cleaning of the bottle mouth before sealing will avoid the moldy of the remaining liquid in the bottle mouth in the storage.
